2007 CABERNET SAUVIGNON | $29
Our 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon is once again made from a blend of our Estate Waliser Vineyard and Yellow Jacket Vineyard. The vineyards are planted on old cobblestone river bed soils, providing the wine with unique and distinct earthy minerality qualities, but the wine is really defined by the big fruity backbone of cranberry and pomegranate flavors. Distinct earthy minimality and a floral hint on the finish. This wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

2007 CABERNET FRANC | $29
Our 2007 Cabernet Franc is once again made from our Estate Waliser Vineyard, as this rocky old river bed soil provides a great setting for this wine to show complex flavors of spice, berry, with a hint of white pepper and an earthy mineral finish.

2007 MALBEC | $29
Our 2007 Malbec fruit came from our Pepper Bridge (40%) and Stone Valley Vineyards (60%). This combination provides old river bed soil character of an earthy, mineral finish, with the fruit strength of old vine qualities of Pepper Bridge. The wine shows big bright berry fruit flavors, spice and an earthy mineral finish.

2008 CARMENERE | $29
Our 2008 Carmenere is made with fruit from Seven Hills Vineyard; these vines are the first Carmenere in the valley, planted in 1998. This is a very unique wine grape variety from Chile; this wine jumps out with not only great fruit flavors, but a lingering finish of white pepper and spice.

2006 STONE RIVER | $29
Our Stone River Blend is our Classic style, formatted from fruit off of our Cobblestone Estate Vineyards and a pinch of Syrah from Pepper Bridge Vineyard. The Stone River shows incredible fruit flavors of smooth berry, plum and pomegranate, with interesting tones of pencil lead, clove and tobacco. This wine has a soft tannin makeup, which creates a very approachable wine that is enjoyable now and over time.
