2005 CABERNET SAUVIGNON | $29
Our 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon is once again made from a blend of our Estate Waliser Vineyard and Yellow Jacket Vineyard. The vineyards are planted on old cobblestone river bed soils, providing the wine with unique and distinct earthy minerality qualities, but the wine is really defined by the big fruity backbone of cranberry and pomegranate flavors. This wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

2006 CABERNET FRANC | $29
Our 2006 Cabernet Franc is once again made from our Estate Waliser Vineyard, as this rocky old river bed soil provides a great setting for this wine to show complex flavors of spice, chocolate, berry, with a hint of minerality to it.

2006 MALBEC | $29
Our 2006 Malbec fruit came from our Pepper Bridge (50%) and Stone Valley Vineyards (50%). This combination provides old river bed soil character of an earthy, mineral finish, with the fruit strength of old vine qualities of Pepper Bridge. The wine shows big bright berry fruit flavors and hints of white pepper and spice.

2006 CARMENERE | SOLD OUT
Our 2006 Carmenere is made with fruit from Seven Hills Vineyard; these vines are the first Carmenere in the valley, planted in 1998. This is a very unique wine grape variety from Chile; this wine jumps out with not only great fruit flavors, but a lingering finish of white pepper and spice.

2005 STONE RIVER | $29
Our Stone River Blend (2005) is our Classic style, formatted from fruit off of our Cobblestone Estate Vineyards and a pinch of Syrah from Pepper Bridge Vineyard. The 2005 Stone River shows incredible fruit flavors of smooth berry, plum and pomegranate, with hints of tobacco, spice, minerals and chocolate. This wine has a soft tannin makeup, which creates a very approachable wine that is enjoyable now and over time.

2006 MERLOT | $25
The Merlot is a big, fruit forward wine, with lots of bright cherry, blackberry and jammy characteristics. In addition, there is an interesting blend of cobbler, oak, and mineral components in the wine.

Beresan 2006 Syrah is a big fruity red wine with berry notes of raspberry and blueberry and traditional earthy and gamey components. This is a wine that has a silky feel, soft tannins, and a long finish.

Our 2007 Semillon is made from Estate Vineyard surrounding the winery. The wine shows lots of pear, honey and hints of citrus. A very luscious, smooth and pleasing wine that works great with food or alone.
